Job Responsibility:

  • Be the connector and facilitator of collective power assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
  • Assist with event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations
  • Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guest’s requirements
  • Support the banquets team in general operational tasks

Requirements:

  • An up-to-date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
