The Server (Waiter) is part of the Food & Beverage Outlets team and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests. In this role, you will take orders, provide attentive service, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit. You will contribute to maintaining the service excellence and guest-focused culture of Four Seasons while working closely with your team and supervisors.
Job Responsibility
Prepare the restaurant setup for service and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready
Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations
Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience
Handle billing, daily reports, and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions
Support smooth service flow while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction
Requirements
Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with minimum 2–3 years in F&B service
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction
Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting
Turkish required
