F&B Server - Lobby Lounge

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Four Seasons service standards and sequence of service
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverage selections, promotions, and daily specials
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests, inquiries, and concerns
• Ensure tables, service stations, and the Lobby Lounge area are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
• Process guest checks and payments accurately following hotel policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist with afternoon tea service, special events, and seasonal promotions as required
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management
• Uphold the values, culture, and service philosophy of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

• Affinity for guest service
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in food and beverage
• Ability to use the Micros Operating System is an advantage
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands and needs
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia
