F&B Sales Manager

• Proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities of Hotel's Venues
• Ensuring business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
• Assisting in leading all day-to-day activities related to Food and Beverage Sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships
• Achieving personal Food and Beverage Sales goals
• Working collaboratively with off-property sales channels
• Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers
• Developing relationships within community
• Managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing accurate, complete and effective turnover to F&B Management
• Participating in sales calls
• Executing and supporting the operational aspects of business booked
• Identifying new business
• Understanding the overall market
• Closing the best opportunities for the location
• Gaining understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant
