The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with Four Seasons standards. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and supporting the management team in achieving departmental goals.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B team members in assigned outlet
Ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards and policies
Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to maintain high performance
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs effectively
Uphold Four Seasons’ culture of luxury service and personalized guest care
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
Hospitality degree or equivalent preferred
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications
Fluency in English
Arabic is an advantage
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
