We are a premium 4-star boutique hotel located on the pristine shores of Chania in Crete. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on F&B Outlet Manager to lead our two primary guest experiences: our elegant morning breakfast service and our vibrant beach snack bar. This is a unique 'all-rounder' role for someone who loves the energy of a boutique hospitality environment. You will be the face of the dining areas during the day and the organized mind behind the scenes.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily flow of the breakfast buffet and the beach bar service, ensuring 4-star standards of hospitality
Manage inventory, place orders with local suppliers, and ensure stock levels are optimized for both outlets
Lead, train, and motivate a small, dedicated team of servers and bartenders
Be 'on the floor' to greet guests, handle special requests, and ensure a seamless transition from morning coffee to afternoon beach cocktails
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and efficiency in both the breakfast room and the beach area
Requirements:
3-5 years in a similar role
Proven experience in F&B management or supervision, ideally within a boutique hotel or upscale beach club
A warm, professional personality with the ability to build rapport with international guests
Someone who can handle the fast-paced breakfast rush and then transition to the organized management of beach bar inventory
Fluency in English is essential
Strong organizational skills, experience with POS systems, and basic knowledge of inventory management
Nice to have:
Greek or other European languages (German/French) are a significant plus
