The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for Food & Beverage Marketing Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working closely with the F&B, PR, and marketing teams, you will help drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through targeted campaigns, digital platforms, and creative promotions aligned with the luxury positioning of the hotel.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for the hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining services
Develop seasonal F&B promotions and partnerships to drive traffic and increase revenue
Support the creation of marketing calendars and track performance of ongoing campaigns
Ensure all marketing collateral and digital content are aligned with the hotel’s luxury branding standards
Coordinate professional photo/video shoots for F&B outlets, events, and new menu launches
Draft and edit marketing copy, press releases, and promotional messaging
Manage F&B content across digital platforms including the hotel’s website, third-party listings, and social media
Monitor performance of paid digital campaigns and suggest optimizations
Engage with audiences on social media and respond to reviews or comments in a brand-appropriate tone
Work closely with Executive Chef, F&B Operations, and PR teams to gather insights, plan activations, and ensure consistent messaging
Liaise with external agencies and media partners for F&B campaigns
Coordinate F&B participation in hotel-wide events, media tastings, and promotional activations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality or F&B sector
Strong understanding of luxury branding and guest expectations
Experience with digital marketing tools, CMS, and social media management platforms
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
