As a Food & Beverage Trainee at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts you´ll gain hands-on experience, not only providing excellent service in our F&B areas but also showing off your kitchen talents by preparing simple yet delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer, managed by Cycas Hospitality, have a dedicated team that get to be their true selves so that they can deliver positively OUTRAGEOUS service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding our guest’s expectations.
  • Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from cocktails, coffees to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
  • Making sure that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
  • Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
