Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in F&B division (outlet TBC). You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients. You will report to the Outlet Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service
  • Set-up buffets and food stations

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional service according to standards
  • Flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in a 5 star hotel is recommended
  • Legal right to work in Spain
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to sign an agreement with the school/ university for a 6-months period
