Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to provide exceptional service according to standards
Flexible schedule (able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to multitask
Previous experience in a 5 star hotel is recommended
Legal right to work in Spain
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to sign an agreement with the school/university for a 6-months period

Job Responsibility

Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner
Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service
Set-up buffets and food stations
