Job Description

Oversee the shift while on duty in order to create a pleasant dining and beverage experience that will ensure guest satisfaction. While performing the duties in this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

Job Responsibility

Oversee the shift while on duty to create a pleasant dining and beverage experience that will ensure guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures
Ensure highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions
Supervise day-to-day activities, planning, assigning and delegating of position responsibilities of restaurant front line team members
Assist in annual review of team member performance, schedules, and administrative functions
Assist and keep track of cigarette vending machine inventory program
Assist with correcting and/or approving time cards
Periodically check on guests to ensure service needs are met
Responsible for serving requested food or/and beverages and ensure supplies are maintained
Ensure venues are properly stocked
Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist in training front of the house personnel
Cover shifts for absent team members
Handle cash handling duties as required
Cover breaks for front of the house team members
Help with cleaning and stocking of all outlets
Maintain cleanliness of tables and beverage service stations
Check front of house areas for cleanliness
Check that bars are clean and organized
Assist with checking in and storing products
Check out keys to open and close bars
Check out cigarette keys to open machines
Ensure areas are properly cleaned and sanitized before closing
Maintain and enforce health department guidelines
Promptly and professionally handle guest issues
Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills
Manage and maintain security of confidential information
Attend required training
Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports
Maintain MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification
One (1) year experience in both restaurant and beverage operations, preferred
Experience in cash handling, preferred
Gaming industry experience, preferred
Strong communication skills in English both written and oral
Spanish or other language skills a plus
Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License
Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have access to reliable transportation
