Job Description:

The F&B Hostess at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali is responsible for completing closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None license or certification
