We currently have an opportunity for a talented Host/ess to join our team in here in Seychelles. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting and seating guests
coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries
reviewing guest reservations and making recommendations as to the set-up of the outlet
maintaining a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing capacities of servers
anticipating the needs of guests and ascertaining satisfaction
ensuring you develop a complete knowledge of all menu items and daily specials
being highly visible in the operation
Requirements:
Host/ess experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups
attention to detail
strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
be a team player
bring personal touch and energy to guest experiences
share passion for excellence and delight in curating special experiences and memories for guests
