We're honoured to hold a green Michelin star at Marle Front of House is currently looking for a Host to join our F&B Team.
Job Responsibility
Helping the Head Host to co-ordination of reservations and table allocation, by researching the customers and updating the Reservation system
Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests
Manage table reservations in efficient and timely manner
Complete daily opening and closing procedures as per operating manual for all restaurant outlets
Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guests needs are met and communicated in efficient and timely manner
Review all reservations for each shift and assign suitable tables
Maintain a good knowledge of all aspects of Heckfield Place and its operations
Requirements
Experience of working within, or desire to work within a high – end restaurants
Have and excellent attention to detail with good computer skills
Excellent attention to details and personal presentation
