Job Description:

F&B Guest Relations Executive position at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort. Responsible for ensuring staff works together as a team, maintaining service standards, monitoring dining areas, and assisting with various operational duties in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Ensure optimum service and guest needs are met
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete maintenance work orders
Report incidents and accidents
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow company safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to ensure staff works together as a team
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete maintenance work orders
Report incidents and accidents
Document pertinent information
Follow company safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak using clear and professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Read and visually verify information
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects up to 50 pounds
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move up and down stairs and service ramps
