The F&B Guest Experience is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants, and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
Job Responsibility
Manage reservations across all channels while ensuring a smooth, personalized first touchpoint for every guest
Confirm and tailor each booking with detailed guest preferences, special occasions, and personalized requests in mind
Proactively monitor bookings, waitlists, and confirmations to ensure a seamless and stress-free guest journey
Strategically allocate tables to create the best possible atmosphere and enhance each guest’s dining experience
Collaborate closely with restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to deliver personalized service for VIPs, regulars, and special occasions
Prepare daily guest insights (preferences, notes, occasions) to enable highly personalized and attentive service
Manage guest flow, waiting times, and seating with clear, empathetic communication to maintain a positive experience
Maintain and update detailed guest profiles to anticipate needs while ensuring full confidentiality and discretion
Create memorable moments by recognizing occasions and coordinating thoughtful touches (e.g., preferred seating, celebrations, special amenities)
Own the end-to-end guest experience, proactively resolving issues, following up on feedback, and continuously enhancing service quality
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English
Passion to interact with guests and employees in a gentle and courteous way
Anticipate guest needs, ensuring satisfaction and respond appropriately to guest requests
