Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional service to guests across a variety of F&B settings, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish
Support Mini Bar operations, ensuring stock is maintained, presented, and delivered efficiently
Assist with In-Room Dining (IRD) service, delivering orders promptly and with attention to detail
Step in to support other F&B outlets when business demands it, maintaining consistency in service standards
Set up tables, event materials, and service areas while ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and responding to their service needs
Follow all company and safety procedures
report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets at all times
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Requirements:
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar role
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
Able to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic about growing your career and learning across different outlets
Reliable, self-motivated, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
