A qualification in Marketing, Media Management, Mass Communication, or a relevant discipline
At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience

Job Responsibility

Partner with Operations to initiate and develop local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive incremental sales
Manage LSM campaigns, including the creation of marketing materials, copywriting, content editing, and proofreading
Execute and facilitate photography or videography sessions for digital content (e.g., Tik Tok & GMB)
Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, including sales tracking, competitive benchmarking, and LSM expense management
Prepare marketing reports and conduct post-campaign analysis to provide insights for performance enhancement
Audit, track, and analyze social media presence, local social media campaigns, digital advertising costs, and return on spending
Stay updated on consumer behavior and market trends to develop and refine LSM strategies
Liaise with delivery partners and ensure all information on delivery platforms is accurate and maintained
Provide support on the co-ordination, follow-up, and distribution of marketing collaterals
Perform any other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
