Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent background
Min Experience of 5+ years in the same field (Hotels categorised 3 to 5 star / worked in corporate catering industries)
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI guidelines & ISO)
Understanding of food and beverage operations, including food preparations, service standards and inventory management
Strong communication and inter-personal skills to interact with associates and team effectively, ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Familiarity with menu items, recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, food pairings
Fluency in English and local language and any other language
MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Vendor management, handling and complete café ops ownership to be taken
