You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: From schedules and menus to compliance and reporting providing operational and administrative support across all outlets. With your structured approach and strong communication skills, you keep all the threads together, creating clarity, efficiency, and order in a busy environment.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting daily operations across all outlets with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining clear communication between FOH & BOH and assisting with coordination needs
Managing all F&B schedules, tracking vacation, sick leaves and attendance, ensuring accurate monthly closing
