Requirements

Previous experience in F&B administration or office management in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Highly organized with a love for creating structure and optimizing processes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with various teams and outlets
Good understanding of F&B operations and numbers: from scheduling and inventories to menu pricing

Job Responsibility

Supporting daily operations across all outlets with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining clear communication between FOH & BOH and assisting with coordination needs
Managing all F&B schedules, tracking vacation, sick leaves and attendance, ensuring accurate monthly closing
Printing menus & specials daily, maintaining correct layouts, prices and HOX brand standards
Ensuring hygiene standards and HACCP documentation are up to date and following up with teams on outstanding items
Managing EMC/Simphony pricing, creating or deactivating menu items and ensuring consistency across systems, boards, and print materials
Assisting with inventories, ensuring accurate documentation, and preparing reports for F&B management
Supporting internal organization such as communication boards, SOPs, onboarding materials, and supplier contacts
