The F&B Content Producer is responsible for creating engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases the unique culinary experiences of Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi. Working closely with the F&B team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on developing content that highlights the hotel’s restaurants, bars, events, and food offerings, while ensuring brand consistency and creativity across all platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for all F&B outlets, events, and culinary experiences
Lead and coordinate internal and external shoots, ensuring brand standards and visual consistency
Craft engaging captions, posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with food enthusiasts
Work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and F&B staff to capture authentic experiences
Translate F&B concepts into creative storytelling for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Support operational needs, including flexible scheduling for morning, afternoon, or event coverage
Manage F&B-focused social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Monitor engagement, respond to queries professionally, and grow the online community
Optimize content for reach, visibility, and conversions while maintaining brand voice
Ensure all content reflects the hotel’s identity, tone, and visual guidelines
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for content approvals before publishing
Support campaigns and promotions with creative, high-quality visuals
Track and report performance metrics for all F&B content and campaigns
Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and content effectiveness
Liaise with external photographers, videographers, and creative partners as needed
Assist the Marketing team with campaign planning and F&B content initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Proficiency in videography, photography, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Strong storytelling, design, and creative skills
Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects
Passionate about food and creating authentic, engaging culinary content
