Job Responsibility:

  • Provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
  • Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere
  • Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar or room service) is a plus
  • Current NSW RSA certification
