Job Description:

F&B Associate position at Residence Inn Brussels Airport, part of Cycas Hospitality. The role involves daily restaurant setup, operational activities, ensuring health/safety rules, and delivering exceptional service to maximize guest experience. The company focuses on performance, people, quality, profit, and communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • In charge of the daily set up of the restaurant
  • Participate in the operational activity of the sales points of the establishment
  • Ensure the application of health and safety rules
  • Promote a favorable work culture and environment
  • Handle relevant procedures carefully
  • Promote our desired work culture around our company values
  • Make a true difference in the lives of our guests during their stay
  • Be familiar with the facilities, services and special promotions offered by the hotel and pass this information on to the guest to maximise hotel sales
  • Anticipate guest’s needs, be aware of all written and spoken requests, carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Display and fulfil positive service style

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as F&B Associate or similar role
  • Allowed to work in the EU
  • Bilingual in the following languages: English/ French and/or Dutch
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
