Job Description

As a F&B Attendant at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. F&B Attendant's are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

Job Responsibility

  • Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards
  • Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods
  • Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards
  • Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience
  • Demonstrate key service behaviours: On It, Upbeat and Positive Attitude, Be Nice, Open and Close

Requirements

  • Ability to engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience
  • Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience & hunger to learn
  • Must be aged 18 or above
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexible scheduling for nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week
