Job Description:

The F&B And Event Service Expert role involves creating engaging and unique guest experiences through a variety of food and beverage service tasks, including event setup, guest interaction, and workspace maintenance. Job Responsibility:

Set tables and event materials
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Support team to reach common goals
Adhere to quality expectations and standards
Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Strong teamwork and positive relationship-building skills
Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards
