Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert handles a wide range of services including setting tables, interacting with guests, and keeping the work area clean, all while maintaining professionalism and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Following company policies and procedures
Ensuring professional appearance and communication
Performing physical tasks including lifting and moving objects.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Must be a Malaysian NRIC holder or permanent resident
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance and standing for extended periods.
