Job Description:

F&B Service Expert skilled in wide range of event functions, taking initiative to deliver services ensuring guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish, making transactions feel like part of the experience

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables and event materials
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Following company safety and security policies
Reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
Protecting company assets
Welcoming and acknowledging all guests
Developing positive working relationships
Supporting team to reach common goals
Ensuring adherence to quality expectations

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
