Job Description:

F&B Service Expert skilled in a wide range of event functions, taking initiative to deliver services ensuring guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Makes transactions feel like part of the experience while building memorable and unique experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables and event materials
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
