Job Description:

F&B and Event Service Expert position at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul focused on creating memorable guest experiences through food and beverage service and event functions. The role involves taking initiative to deliver comprehensive services from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Build memorable and unique experiences for guests
Skilled in a wide range of event functions
Take initiative and deliver a wide range of services
Ensure guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish
Setting tables and event materials
Communicating with the kitchen
Interacting and serving guests
Cleaning work areas and supplies
Make transactions feel like part of the experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
