Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
  • Showcase your passion to our experienced travelers throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Support your passionate Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Gain exposure in all aspects of Food & Beverage, including Restaurant, Bar, Banquets and more

Requirements:

  • An up-to-date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
