Job Description:

F&B and Event Service Expert skilled in wide range of event functions, delivering services to ensure guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Position involves setting tables, communicating with kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining work areas.

Job Responsibility:

Build memorable and unique experiences for guests
Skilled in wide range of event functions
Take initiative and deliver wide range of services
Ensure guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish
Set tables and event materials
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Make transactions feel like part of the experience
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
