We are looking for a detail orientated Administrator to support our Food and Beverage operations team. The on target earning potential for our F&B Administrator role is £32,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £28,392.00 plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
Job Responsibility:
Take responsibility for key administrative tasks across F&B Department
Play an integral role in ensuring daily duties are carried out in a timely and professional manner whilst being able to co-ordinate, improve and implement cross-team plans and processes
Requirements:
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
