Job Description:

The F&A Operations Processing Senior Associate role requires managing cash balances, forecasting, and reconciling variances. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of GL processes and effective communication skills. The position involves compliance with regulations and collaboration with teams for process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Track daily cash balances across accounts, forecast needs, and reconcile variances
  • Manage cash matching in Client application (Frontier )as well as bank reconciliations and other cash-related activities within Corporate Accounting
  • Manage banking relationships : The Analyst must match the bank data and GL data into Client application is to match each bank transaction to a corresponding GL posting to ensure all bank activity has been posted to the ledger appropriately
  • Implement controls & compliance : Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX)
  • Reporting & analysis : Prepare financial reports as required
  • System/process improvements : Understand cash management system implementations, streamline workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, Finance
  • Strong working knowledge of GL processes, including journal entries, monthly close cycles, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliation, sub ledger to GL matching, and ensuring entries adhere to other relevant accounting standards
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3.30 pm IST & complete WFO
