Job Description

We are looking for a F&A Manager for our global business partner operating in chemicals industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing all accounting, finance, and tax processes in compliance with local regulations and international standards. (IFRS/US GAAP)
  • Preparing monthly and annual trial balances, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements
  • managing financial reporting to the global headquarters
  • Leading the annual budget planning process, monitoring actual vs. budget performance, and conducting variance analysis
  • Managing internal/external audit processes and coordinating with independent audit firms for year-end closings
  • Managing banking relationships, credit lines, and optimizing daily cash management
  • Controlling cost accounting processes and efficiency analysis specific to the dynamics of the chemical industry.

Requirements

  • Professional background in Big 4 or reputable audit firms is highly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP. (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team. (minimum 5 years of managerial experience)
  • Dynamic, and proactive professional capable of adapting to a fast-paced global environment
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for international reporting and communication
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Tekirdağ.
