Job Description

EYFS Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs in a St Leonards-on-Sea primary school. This is a long-term role starting February half term, ideal for a TA with strong early years or SEND experience.

Job Responsibility

  • 1:1 support for an EYFS pupil
  • Supporting communication, routines and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Helping the pupil access learning safely and confidently

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in EYFS or SEND
  • Calm, nurturing and consistent approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
