Long-Term EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunity: Make a Lasting Impact. Do you have a passion for early years education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children? A thriving primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive EYFS team on a long-term basis.

Job Responsibility:

Create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children
Provide individual and small group support to ensure every child is actively engaged and making good progress
Observe and assess children's development providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to their individual learning plans
Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and valued
