Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS Framework and Development Matters
Plan, assess and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment (indoors and outdoors)
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to maximise impact
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with EAL
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (ECT/NQT applicants not suitable)
Minimum of 2 years’ EYFS teaching experience
Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework
A creative, reflective practitioner committed to Quality First Teaching
High standards of professionalism and strong pastoral values
