Randstad Education is currently recruiting passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teachers to support a wonderful network of primary schools and nurseries across Sheffield starting this September. Whether you are looking for regular day-to-day supply or longer-term placements, we can connect you with the perfect role to match your lifestyle.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where young learners can thrive
  • Managing classroom behaviour positively and effectively
  • Assessing and recording children's progress, ensuring a smooth handover for the permanent teacher

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years qualification
  • Essential: You must have previous UK experience teaching within an EYFS setting and a deep understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, caring approach to early childhood education
  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
