Job Description:

Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher with a deep understanding of the EYFS framework? Are you ready to inspire young learners, explore new schools, and advance your teaching career in Preston? We're seeking dedicated teachers to join our team for the upcoming Summer Term. We have a variety of roles available, including full-time long-term placements for those seeking stability, as well as flexible day-to-day supply work. Your assignments will be tailored to your expertise and preferences, ensuring a fulfilling and rewarding role in education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialists to support all learners
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching within the EYFS or Nursery setting
  • Deep knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework
  • Strong class management and communication skills
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to safeguarding
