Job Description:

El Colegio Británico is seeking a passionate EYFS Teacher to join our Early Years team. You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, nurture students’ development, and support them in becoming confident, globally-minded individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, international British school environment.

Job Responsibility:

Teach EYFS following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
Act as a form tutor, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
Uphold the school’s standards for academic excellence and pastoral care

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years recent EYFS teaching experience in UK, international, or bilingual schools
Strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy
Excellent English language skills (C2 or equivalent) and B2 Spanish (or willingness to develop)
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Strong communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
