Exciting EYFS Teaching Assistant Opportunity - East Grinstead. Do you have a passion for early years education and a talent for creating engaging learning environments? Randstad Education is partnering with a fantastic primary school in East Grinstead to find a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant EYFS team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of young learners and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Job Responsibility:

Full Planning & Prep: creating engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS children
Classroom Support: Provide individual and small group support to children
Observation & Assessment: Observe and assess children's development and learning
Positive & Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment

Requirements:

Passion for Early Years Education
Strong Planning & Preparation Skills
Experience in developing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
Effective Communication & Collaboration Skills
Ability to work effectively with teachers, other support staff, and parents
Creative & Enthusiastic
Commitment to Inclusion
Understanding and experience in supporting children with diverse needs
years 1-6 experience
QTS
