Job Responsibility:

  • Design and lead play-based learning that brings the Seven Areas of Development to life
  • Build a safe, inclusive space where every child feels confident to explore
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and SEN specialists to ensure no child is left behind
  • Capture vital milestones in children's Learning Journeys and monitor progress
  • Guide your Teaching Assistants to create a cohesive and high-performing classroom team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A deep-rooted understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework
  • An infectious, positive attitude and the ability to motivate young minds
  • Strong classroom management and a commitment to the highest safeguarding standards
  • Comfort working across different school environments in the Blackpool area
