Your Role as an EYFS Lead As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you are the guardian of a child's first educational experiences, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for exploration. Holistic Development: Support the three prime areas-Communication and Language, Physical Development, and PSED-through engaging, age-appropriate activities. Early Literacy & Numeracy: Deliver high-energy Phonics and early maths sessions that build confidence and 'school readiness.' Creative Environment Management: Adapt quickly to different indoor and outdoor learning spaces, ensuring all health and safety standards are met while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Collaborative Support: Work seamlessly with Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to provide a consistent and caring routine for every child.
