Eyfs & Ks1 Lead

We are seeking to appoint an EYFS and Key Stage 1 Lead to join our leadership team. This is a permanent, term-time only position, with a start date no later than September 2026. Salary will be subject to experience. The role involves leading teaching and learning across EYFS and KS1, working closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and staff to raise standards, develop curriculum provision and ensure excellent outcomes for all pupils. The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who leads by example, supports and line manages staff, monitors and evaluates provision, and plays a key role in whole-school improvement and leadership.
