This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a CACHE Level 2/3 qualification who is eager to contribute to the growth and development of young children. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be part of a supportive, friendly team, helping to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can grow and learn through play.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Support children with their personal care needs, including feeding and toileting
  • Ensure a high standard of care and safety for all children
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the nursery team
  • Encourage children's learning and development through play-based activities

Requirements

  • CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
