The purpose of this position is to operate or support the operation of production equipment and perform processes related to manufacturing flexible pipe. Extrusion Operators participate in a structured on-the-job training program to develop basic skills through the completion of competency modules and hands-on training.

Reports directly to the Extrusion Supervisor and assists the Level III / Designee in set up and operation of the assigned production equipment/machine
Under the guidance of Level III / designee, Extrusion Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager the Level II Operator operates assigned equipment/machinery for the purpose of producing production, test, or experimental pipe
Inspects work in progress, as well as the overall finished product to ensure compliance with Company Quality standards
Maintains work center cleanliness, including material storage areas, in accordance with facility operating policies and Standard Operating Instructions
Completes required documentation records, as required, in accordance with procedures
Successfully complete 16-hour Ultrasonic Testing Training (UTT) Course
