Job Description:

Monday to Thursday 5:00PM to 5:00 AM; Report to work on a regular, punctual basis; Contract; Duration: 12 Months; Total Hours/week: 40.00; Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only

Job Responsibility:

  • Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, maintenance, testing and packaging of extruded products
  • Setting up, operating, maintenance activities on and troubleshooting extrusion equipment
  • Manufacture product which conforms to quality specifications, at the rated output
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications
  • Required good attention to detail
  • Place extruded components into inventory
  • Keep extrusion equipment, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements
  • Must be familiar with all relevant controlled documents (Work Instructions, Forms, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably with some mechanical experience
  • Read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications and perform basic math calculations
  • Use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
  • Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours when required
  • Practice effective communication skills with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor
  • Get along with people and be able to work with other team members to keep equipment running during breaks and call-outs
  • Required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team with limited supervision
