Job Description

During your internship, you are expected to be able to work as part of a team, with motivation, critical thinking, and task management skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Accounting classification of invoices from Transporters
  • Accounting classification of invoices from external Technical Assistance Partners
  • Preparation of general accounting postings
  • Management and control of general accounts open items
  • Controlling and archiving travel expenses
  • Supporting on digital archiving of documentation for subsidies
  • Support to the local team tasks
  • Collaboration in an environment of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Good communication in English (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics or similar is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
