Job Description:

The role involves providing high-quality resident focussed housing services to residents of a 61 apartment Extra Care scheme in Mold. Working with Catering teams, Care teams and support providers to ensure residents are provided with services that best meet their needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a high‑quality, resident‑focused supported housing management service within an Extra Care setting
  • Ensure residents are supported to pay their rent
  • Manage empty properties
  • Support residents to live harmoniously and maintain their independence
  • Provide proactive leadership to a team of Extra Care Assistants (cleaning and catering)
  • Support the delivery of catering services at the scheme
  • Ensure consistent, effective service delivery in line with the WWHG Way and organisational expectations
  • Work collaboratively with external care & support providers, partners and the wider community
  • Ensure coordinated services that promote the wellbeing of residents
  • Create a well‑run, welcoming community where residents are empowered to thrive
